Once you complete the form on our Book With Us page, we’ll review your request and send you a customized quote tailored to your event. Your quote will include package details, pricing, and a copy of our service agreement along with available payment options and terms.

If everything looks good, you’ll sign the agreement—and we’ll send over your invoice to lock in your date. It’s that simple.

Our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness and always serve with safety in mind. That said, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for the behavior and well-being of their guests.

At TOAST IT UP!, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated or unable to safely consume more alcohol. We’re here to help keep the celebration fun and safe for everyone.

Yes! Our company insured according to local and state laws. Additionally, all of our bartenders are certified in Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAMS), Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS), and/or ServeSafe.

Yes. Once your date is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your approved quote is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

We also offer monthly payment options, depending on your event date—just let us know if that’s something you’re interested in during the booking process.
